Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to locations across West Malaysia. This excludes off-shore islands with no bridge access such as Langkawi, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman, etc.

Item(s) delivered by truck will be handled by our skilled transport and delivery team to ensure punctuality and quality service to our customers’.

Truck deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Arranging a Delivery Time

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our Sales and Logistics team to arrange delivery at mutual convenience.

 

Delivery Procedures

To ensure our customers receive the lift chair as safely as possible, we have implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for furniture deliveries.

 

●Our team will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm delivery time and details.

 

● One (1) day before delivery, our support officer will be in touch to remind you of the upcoming delivery.

● On the day of delivery, our delivery team will message you 30 minutes before reaching the destination so that you can be prepared to receive your chair.

 ● Our delivery team will assemble the furniture and remove all packaging materials from your premise.

● After the installation session, our delivery team will guide you to perform an overall check on the item(s) delivered. The customer will need to acknowledge the receipt of the item(s) in good and agreeable condition and in good working order.

● Customers are required to sign the Delivery Order (DO) after the acknowledgment of the item(s) condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item(s) is in good and agreeable condition before signing the DO. Any request for return(s) or refund(s) after the acknowledgment (i.e. signing the DO) will be subject to our discretion. A picture of the chair will be taken for our records.

● For non-contact deliveries (where you choose to assemble yourself) you will need to sign a non-contact waiver form acknowledging of the box in an unopened and undamaged state as well as a waiving of warrantee for any damage done arising from the self-assembly process. After successful self assembly you will be required to fill an online form in acknowledging the chair is in good working order and condition in order to enjoy the normal warranty.


Permission to Access the Customer’s Building/ Residential Management

The customer must ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day. Failure to gain permission to enter or failure to be at the premise within 15 minutes of arrival, will incur a re-delivery fee of Rm280.


Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation

Any last minute changes to delivery or cancellation after confirmation will attract a RM280 delivery fee.


Change in Delivery Address

Any changes in deilivery address needs to be done 24 hours before the delivery time where possible.
