Arrange
Before arriving, our team will sanitise themselves and the delivery box to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Once our team arrives, we will explain the procedures for installation.
Confirmation
Our professional 'white glove' delivery team will send you a confirmation of date and time via Whatsapp.
Arrival
Once our team arrive, we will explain the procedures for installation. Prior to arriving they will have sanitised themselves and the box to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
Assembly
The team will then assemble and do a final Quality Assurance test prior to handing it over.
Handover
The customer will be taught how to use the chair and provided safety instructions, the safety manual, warranty information, and a discount card for their next purchase, or to be shared with a friend.
Follow Up
Once the assembly and installation process is completed, customers will be invited to give feedback via WhatsApp.
Covid-19 and Your Safety
Our customer's health and safety are our top priority. We always ensure our delivery teams go through regular health check-ups and proper sanitisation before handling any products. We will share the pre-delivery Covid-19 negative test result via WhatsApp.
Quality inspections and sanitisation procedures are done on the product to ensure quality and safety standards are met before delivery of our chairs.
