How do I clean the chair?

Remember to vacuum your Rize chair and gently clean it using a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners which may cause damage.

What is the maximum weight that the chair can support?


Our Dalton and Andersen chairs are certified to support up to approximately 150kg (330 lbs) while our Portland supports 130kg (290 lb).

How much does shipping cost?

We currently provide free shipping to locations across West Malaysia. This excludes off-shore islands, such as Langkawi, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman, etc.

Assembly

Who will assemble my lift chair once I have purchased it?

Could I assemble the lift chair myself (non-contact delivery)?

Our White Glove Delivery team is professionally trained to assemble your new product. They are equipped with the necessary tools and safety gear to ensure it is properly assembled.

Warranty

What is the warranty period?

Every lift chair comes with a one-year in-home warranty. The in-home warranty covers all repair costs, including labor and service calls. For more detailed information on our policy, please visit our Warrant page.

If I exceed the maximum weight capacity and the lift chair breaks, is this covered under warranty?

As our lift chairs support different maximum capacities, please check the details on each product page before purchasing your lift chair. Damage caused by exceeding the weight capacity is not covered by our warranty policy.

If I assemble the lift chair myself, will it void the warranty?

In the case of a non-contact delivery request, we will require you to sign a waiver form which will unfortunately nullify thewarranty for any problems arising out of the self-assembly process.

Besides the above, you will need to acknowledge virtually that the chair is in good working order and in good condition.

Does the warranty cover the controller if it malfunctions?

We provide a three-month warranty for chair controllers and a one-year warranty for other chair components. Please click here for more details on what the warranty covers.
