Product Warranty

1. RECLINER MECHANISM - One (1) Year Warranty: Our RIZE recline mechanisms comes with a one (1) year warranty against breakage in the event of defective materials or workmanship.

 

 2. SPRINGS - One (1) Year Warranty: The spring units of any RIZE products comes with a one (1) year warranty against breakage in the event of defective materials or workmanship.

 

 3. FRAME - One (1) Year Warranty: The frame of your RIZE product, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, comes with a product one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects.

 

 4. COMFORT COIL SEAT CUSHIONS - One (1) Year Warranty: RIZE products feature the Comfort Coil Seat Cushion offering superior seating comfort. Cushions come with a one (1) year against a loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with normal softening and flattening of the foam or fibre that may occur as a result of normal use and wear or aging of the Coil Seat Cushion.

 

 5. POWER MOTORS - One (1) Year Warranty: The motor for the RIZE Power Lift Mechanism comes with a one (1) year warranty against any defects. The label with the serial number from the defective motor must be communicated to our Customer Support for replacement.

 

6. ALL OTHER PARTS - One (1) Year Warranty: All other parts not specifically listed as being warranted are covered under a one year limited warranty against defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, and includes latches, hinges, transformers, and all electrical system components.

 

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

1. Any defect in upholstery fabrics. There is no warranty on vinyl, leather or fabric against average wear, fading, pilling, stretching, natural markings or fabric splitting. 

2. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, which is outlined in our care instructions provided with your RIZE product.

3. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.

 

All Products

In the event that a defect is found, a repair or replacement under this warranty is at the manufacturer's discretion. The cost for labour, packaging, and shipping from the factory, if necessary, is covered by Rize for a period of one year. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labour, packaging, and all shipping costs.

 

The Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original retail purchaser and do not apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.

 

The Limited Warranties do not apply to:

1. Merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model;

2. Any merchandise purchased 'as is' or second-hand;

3. Any merchandise purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of-business sale; and

4. Any merchandise purchased from a liquidator.

 

All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage.

 

Warranty Service:

LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED.

 

All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale and the Products Serial Number). Any claim for service under warranty must be made through the retail dealer where the furniture was purchased.
